Lalique is committed to your complete satisfaction; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible home decor items within 30 days of delivery in their original, pristine packaging. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return due to their bespoke nature.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Concierge Service or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Crystal

  Carefully repackage the item in its original Lalique gift box and protective shipping carton to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid insured shipping label to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our artisans will inspect the piece for quality assurance, and your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
